Google Pack for the Starter...!!!

Since i just gather many widely available Internet resources many of them available as freeware and shareware (a few for free) and put them up on my blog, i DO NOT claim them to be created by ME (Sandeep).

Here we go... wrooooom,wrooom,wroom.....


Today, I got Google Pack - A Free collection of essential software. (I always love Google concepts and products).

Right now, Google has 5 products from it's own stable.

  1. Google Earth - The 3D Earth browser (Free version)
  2. Google Desktop - The Desktop companion
  3. Google Pack screensaver - A Photo screensaver
  4. Google Talk - The (?) Voice and IM application
  5. Picasa - Google's Photo organizer

Other software in this Pack are

There are a few other software that can be included in this Pack. These are optional.

  • RealPlayer - Media player - 16.6MB from RealNetworks
  • Trillian - Instant messenger for different IM networks - 9MB from Cerulean Studios
  • GalleryPlayer HD Images - High-quality artwork and photos - 7.7MB from GalleryPlayer




Click on the following image to select/deselect the software that you like to download and use from the whole lot available.

After you are through with your selection, click on the "Download Google Pack" button at the bottom-right corner of the page to goto the "TERMS & CONDITIONS" page. Tick the checkbox and click on the "Agree and Download" button.

The next page gives a simple 3-step instruction list on "How to Install". Just follow it.

After the Google Installer is installed on your PC, a small Google Updater incon is visible in your system tray.

You can use this to update your install Google Pack software at your convinience.
